Copenhagen 29/10 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. White can In Alefarm's new can design with a drawing of hands trying to grasp fine sand with no great success.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit soon overpowered by a zesty and rather aggressive scent of citrus fruit. Ripe peach and mango. Grapefruit and lemon. Pine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a a citric bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers for while. Finish is smooth and rather dry.
Pleasant, smooth and not too boozy.
