Copenhagen 23/1 2025- 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup, Alefarm's usual can design with a little painting of hanging green leaves on a dark red background.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a dense mid-sized white head, Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a sharp citric scent. Peach and pineapple. Blood orange. Grapefruit and citrus. Juicy.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thicker, oily, level and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty light DIPA which hides its ABV well.
