Copenhagen 19/9 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Abstract painting of light on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and tropical fruit mingling with a feisty citric scent. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and citrus. Hints of mustard.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, silken, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a while into a dry finish.
A soft, silken and bitter beer.
