Copenhagen 7/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny Rotunden, Hellerup. Another beer from ale farm with a very long and elaborate name. Sketchy mountain-scape in psychedelic colors on the can.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin layer of foam - almost transparent - struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, odor of exotic fruit mingling with a slightly perfumed, scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach, pineapple and currants.Fresh grass. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong slightly boozy sweetness followed by a citric bitterness. a bit harsh. Aftertaste is bitter with a boozy and sweet undertome. Finish is dry.
Well-balanced boozer which do not try to hide it's considerable ABV.
