Copenhagen 30/7 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Model cityscape on the can.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet malts and exotic fruit mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Light touch of cooked vegetables. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Light citric and bitter. Semi-dry finish.
A bit thin in taste - but a nice nose and smooth as hell.
