Copenhagen 7/3 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Close up sketchy painting of a woman's face in warm colors on the can.
Pours hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as 2 cm thick, frothy layer of foam totally obscuring the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is partially dampened by the foam. Medium intense. Sweet fruity odor of tropical fruit mingling with lighter citric scent. Peach and passion fruit. Citrus and lime.
Fairly strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by and balanced b a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Crisp, lively and fairly intense NEIPA.
