Copenhagen 3/3 2021. 44 l can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Dark blue can with what looks like star-chart connected with bright lines.
Pours opaque, hazy orange with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, frothy but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit and caramel mingling with scent of citrus fruit. Gentle sweet peach, honey melon. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Fairly civilized and gentle NEIPA.
