Copenhagen 11/6 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A very sparkly can with some exploding matter of light.
Pours almost clear, golden yellow with a mid-sized, dense head. A bit bubbly. Settles as flimsy, thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a sour and slightly citric scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and a hint of caramel. Citrus and sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid, malty Helles. As it should be.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts and herbal hops. Refreshing and medium dry flavour, malts and herbal hops again, maybe not so very "special", but nice enough to drink. A decent helles, no more, no less.
