Copenhagen 21/11 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Greenish yellow can with a close up of some leaves for a plant.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as several cm thick, frothy layer of foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a tart sour scent mingling with a softer and sweeter odor of stone fruit. Citrus, lemon and grapefruit. Peach and apricot.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick , oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sourish twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fresh, zesty NEIPA with only a frail redeeming sweetness.
