Copenhagen 28/5 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's new can design with a white can with a small illustration. Close up of flower petals in green and purple.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with a bit of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Sweet orange. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and blanked by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced and pleasant.
