Frederiksberg 10/5 2023. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild sweet fruity odor mingling with a stronger citric scent. Peach and orange. Lemon and grapefruit. Weird off-scent of plastic in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tingling, fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is a tad watery. Bitter. Finish is rather dry.
Presumably fresh from the tank. Refreshing despite a considerable ABV. The rather hard carbonation does not work for me.
