Frederiksberg 10/5 2023. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. F.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light fruity sweet odor soon overpowered by a stronger citrus-sour scent. Sweet pear and peach. Citrus and lemon.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and almost fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry and tingling.
A bit overcarbonated but refreshing NEIPA.
