Copenhagen 13/3 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. White can with a small drawing of a decomposing forest in a green shade of light.
Pours clear amber with a big white head. bit bubbly. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, floral yet a bit boozy sweet odor mingling with a citric scent. Rose hibs, mango and peach. Hint of decay. Citrus and lemon. A bit sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed and balanced by a pronounced bitterness. A bit harsh. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent and a bit on the boozy side.
