Copenhagen 15/1 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv. Kbh. Ø. What looks like colorful crystals in a close-up on the can.
Pours opaque, haze, pale yellow with a huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles s uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, mellow odor of exotic fruit mingling with bit of citrus fruit. Peach, pineapple and pear. Grapefruit and lime. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed but a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light searing burn. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Light, smooth and flavorful Pale Ale.
