Copenhagen 14/1 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Blue can with painting of two intertwining hands
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a midsized white head. Stable Settles as thin, but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairy intense with a sweet, fermented fruity odor mingling with a citric scent. Mango, peach and papaya. Alcohol. A bit metallic. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent and quite boozy for a brew with an ABV of 6,0.
