Copenhagen 14/12 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web shop. Pointilistic dark can with small spots in different colors.
Pours opaque unclear with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles thin patches floating around.
Aroma is medium intense with a light whiff of sweet stone fruit mingling with a strong scent of tart citrus and berries. Peach and apricot. Tart gooseberries and currants. Moderate touch of cinnamon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste sweet spice with a tart undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
More sweet than sour - with a light touch of Christmas.
