Copenhagen 28/112022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A misty pine forest on the can.
Pours unclear yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as lumpy and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity, perfumed sweet odor mingling with a dry citric scent. Peach and orange. Elderflower and roses. Grapefruit.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tinging texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
I am not sure I get the concept of a white Indian Pale Ale. But I do get a zesty and fresh brew.
