Copenhagen 8/10 2022. 44cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. As "Alefarm Aurora". What looks like a drawing made with crayons in different shades of green on an orange background on the can.
Pours dirty, unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam completely obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intensewith a sweet fruity odor mingling with citric and yeasty notes. Peach and blood orange. Sour cheese gone slightly bad. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a media strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is bitter and a bit searing.
Solid IndianPaleAle with a light touch of weird yeast.
