Copenhagen 2/0 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's new design with a white can with a smaller piece of artwork. This time a whole rainbow of colors.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as an uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet lightly fermented odor of overripe tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Peach and passion fruits. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice DIPA - fairly easy to drink.
