Copenhagen 27/11 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web shop. Envelope style can with a sunny California stamp with a sunset and the silhouette of a surfer.
Pours unclear amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin frothy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Peach and apricot. Hints of decay. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice postcard from California.
