Copenhagen 21/9 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Pink paint stroke on a white can.
Pours opaque, hazy slightly dirty pale yellow with a big, quite bubbly white head. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with stronger citric notes and a bit of mustard. Peach and mango. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid single hop IPA with a solid bitter bitel.
