Copenhagen 28/12 2024. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Can in Alefarm's usual design with a caped Superhero and his kid standing in front of a sunrise.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of over-ripe and slightly fermented Stone fruits mingling with subtle yet sharp citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone- Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Not bad for a beer to buy for Father's Day.
