Copenhagen 22/12 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's usual cn design with a wooden path leading to a view with a sunset.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, lightly fermented odor of Stone fruits mingling with a sharp, sour and citric scent. Ripe peach and mango. Bruised fruit. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent and fruity without being boozy.
