Copenhagen 2/9 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's usual can design with a little art piece with an airplane seen from above on a dark blue background.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a bit of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and mango. Hint of fermentation. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, oily, a bit greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Juicy and nicely bitter.
