Copenhagen 23/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's usual can design with a elegant labyrinthine piece of artwork in dark grey and black.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a bit of sharp citrus fruit. Not too aggressive. Sweet peach and honey melon. Hint of fermentation. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Silken and well-balanced.
