Frederiksberg 21/8 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick, creamy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruit. Sweet mango and passion fruit. Fermentation and alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and fruity with a fermented touch.
