Copenhagen 30/6 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's usual design with a little tribute to Miles Davis apparently doused in flames.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellowish a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer for foam covering the surface the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a strong odor ripe Stone fruits mingling with both sweet and/or citrus fruit. Peach and mango Blood orange and clementine. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Sweet to the nose, bitter to taste.
