Copenhagen 21/4 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. f. Alefarm's usual design with a white can and a small piece of artwork. This time with a mountain range enshrouded in clouds.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intensewith a rather strong fruity odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subtle if somehow rough citric scent. Peach and mango. Alcohol and fermentation.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed bu a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a rough edge. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Rough but flavorful.
