Copenhagen 19/5 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A strange, striped, smudgy circular sphere on a black background on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with a potent citric scent. Mango and ripe apricot. Hints of decay. Zesty grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is nbitterwith a sour twist. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Potent yet refreshing. Fermented yet dry.
