Copenhagen 7/9 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Green paint stroke on a white can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big, slightly bubbly white head. Settles as a 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit. Strong citric notes. Peach and passion fruit. Sour tangerine and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid single hop IPA with citric bite and a silken mouthfeel.
