Copenhagen 14/8 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Train wagons in the evening sun on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity odor of stone fruit and tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Peach, apricot and mango. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, smooth and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a citric twist, Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Pleasant and well-balanced NEIPA.
