Copenhagen 411 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Alefarm's usual design with a finely drawn pattern of soft curves resembling an aerial shot of a landscape.
Pours opaque golden yellow within mid-sized fluffy white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer for foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit soon overpowered by zesty citrus fruit. Sweet peach and pineapple. Citrus, grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Soft and bitter NEIPA.
