Copenhagen 24/7 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Close up of pine and spruce tips on the can.
Pours opaque, cloudy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with citric scents and some very prominent notes of pine and resin. Peach and pineapple. Lemon and grapefruit. Pine needles and spruce.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is quite intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger, sharp, sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sharp and bitter though a little thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
You wander into the pine forest and this is what you get. More interesting than agreeable.
