Copenhagen 11/7 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like an early morning mountainous landscape doused in magenta on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light, fresh sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with intro notes. Peach, apricot and pear. Grapefruit and citrus. A bit of pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily. soft smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed b a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and light. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry and citric.
Pretty light and refreshing. Very nice.
