Pivot - Citra is the first IPA in our Pivot series, a series of single hop brews. As the title implies, this Pivot it dry-hopped with pure Citra.
All beers in our Pivot Series are brewed using an amped up version of our favorite base malt recipe. Each version of Pivot showcases it single hop and lets that specific varietal shine in full view without interference from other hop varietals. If you ever wanted to truly taste Citra, now is your chance.

Copenhagen 4/7 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow paint stroke on a white can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big, white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with prominent citric notes. Peach and mango. Lime and grapefruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Fine single hop IPA which really brings Citra out in a sympathetic and smooth manner.
