Citrellia is Citrella's little sister. An IPA dry-hopped with Citra and Ella, just like the older sibling. Taste wise they are extremely similar and if you are a Citra or an Ella fan, this is the beer for you.
Light and crisp, Citrellia is a true spring time IPA. Floral notes on the nose. Flavors of citrus and grapefruit pith. The beer has a minerality to it that is reminiscent of white wine. Soft mouthfeel and easy to drink.

Copenhagen 14/5 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A blue glass shoe on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with citric notes. Peach, papaya and mango. More subtle scant of grapefruit and citrus. Hints of pine and resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness allowed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Quite pleasant and smooth brew with a fair intensity and subtle citric approach.
