Copenhagen 7/12 2024. 44 cl can from Føtex, Vesterbrogade, Kbh. V. White can in Alefarm's usual design with fuzzy strokes of pant in orange and red on a tree background.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of frothy, fluffy foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light odor of sweet stone fruits and stronger scent of tart citrus fruit. Peach and melon. Grapefruit and Lemon. Almost acerbic.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter with a light sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Smooth and bitter.
