Copenhagen 1/0 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Alefarm's usual design with a foggy landscape in different shades of grey as motif.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, frothy layer of foam jut managing to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of slightly fermented Stone fruit mingling with rough citric notes. Sweet peach and mango. Alcohol. Grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit boozy with a nice bitter finish.
