Pours opaque unclear deep red with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the Beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of ripe berries mingling with a tart scent. Rasberries and currants. Citrus and tart gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous texture. A bit like milkshake.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish and pleasant with tart undertones. Lingers Finish is semi-dry.
More sweet than tart.
