Copenhagen 15/5 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Alefarm's usual design with a some kind of solidified ocean as motif.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fermented odor of Tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued scent of tart citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Fermented and potent Indian Pale Ale.
