Echo Echo is a DIPA that's been dry-hopped with Enigma, Citra BBC and Simcoe.
When the echo becomes too loud and you no longer can hear your thoughts, when the vision keeps flashing before your eyes, and then everything is so quiet that the only thing you hear is white noise, remember that an echo thrives within spatial emptiness. Embrace the silence and fill the space.
Ingredienser: malt (byg, havre, hvede), humle, gær, vand,.
Ingredients: malt (barley, oat, wheat), hops, yeast, water.

Copenhagen 6/1 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's usual design with a white can and a little piece of artwork in blue with something resembling sound waves.
Pours opaque unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with a more aggressive citric scent. Peach snd pineapple. Grapefruit and lemon. Touch of tart gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertast is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent and light DIPA.
