Copenhagen 11/4 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Some unfocused light bulbs in a crescent shape on a black and purple background on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a big, white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet, odor malty soon overpowered by rough citric bitter scent. Sweet pale malts. Citrus, grass and a chemical tang.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger, rough bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish Is dry.
No nonsense bitterness with some malty backbone.
