Copenhagen 28/9 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Orange can with white intertwining, circular pattern.
Pours opaque, hazy, grayish yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin but consistent, creamy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is mild and moderately intense with a light whiff of tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Sweet pineapple and oranges. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit acerbic. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Refreshing with a nice bitter twist.
