Copenhagen 15/9 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A very colorful and sketchy face of an Owl on the can.
Pours opaque, milky, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, fruity and fermented odor mingling with a subtle citric scent. Mango, peach and papaya. Hints of decay. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong, slightly boozy sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and a bit sweet and boozy.
