Copenhagen 16/3 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Watercolor rendering of a lush valley which looks like it had its fair share of rain recently.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the. beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity and fermented odor mingling with weaker citric notes. Fermented mango and overripe peach. Light whiff of lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet and potent DIPA with enough zest and alcohol to keep it interesting.
