Copenhagen 16/6 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective Web-shop. Mountain and forest landscape under a setting sun on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a dense mid-sized white head. Settles thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intensewith sweet odor of wheat malt mingling with a bit of cooked vegetables and citrus fruit. Sweet lemonade, cabbage and lemon.
Light carbonation.Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is malty.
A bit flat and I could do without the cabbage.
