San Francisco Sunrise is an American IPA from Alefarm that, unlike its "sister beer" San Francisco Skies, plays less on the bitterness and more on the fruity aromas. The beer has a good mouthfeel, and fruity notes of peach and pineapple that end in a dry, almost spicy finish!
IPA with Chinook, Comet, Centennial BBC and Columbus.

Copenhagen 13/2 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A pigmented rendering of the Golden Gate Bridge on the can.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with stronger citric fumes. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with s medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Pleasant, smooth and quite bitter. Good one.
