Copenhagen 8/7 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Alefarm's usual can design with a little artwork with two beach chairs, a parasol, a sea and a very blue sky.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a mi-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, but frothy layer of foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of rice stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of sharp citrus fruit. Pech and apricot. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A fine summer beer and postcard.
