Copenhagen 5/9 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow can with a star-map of the Southern Hemisphere.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, yellow with a big white head. Settles uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a dry and dusty scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sour twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice IPA with a good intensity and a nice dry bitterness.
