Copenhagen 31/8 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A bleak, dark and sun-deprived street on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a big, frothy, white head. A bit bubbly. Settles thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and dominated by a citric odor. Mild scent of sweet peach and apricot. Soon overpowered by citrus and grapefruit. Hints of mustard. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
Dry and bitter - and a little rough.
